The staff was excellent. They asked us if we wanted our room in the lower levels or higher up. We asked high up and they gave us our rooms on the 24th level ! The views were fantastic! The rooms were...
Areas for improvement:
Only thing I would suggest is to do something with their steps on the pavement at the main entrance. They are very high for an elderly person.
